I was flattered to discover that someone has posted photos of some of my efforts in the Hand Planes section

I am currently making a reproduction of a Saxon plane dating from about A.D. 600 that was found buried at Sarre, Kent, SE England in 1863.

That Saxon plane sounds like a great project. Photos required, naturally!
