I hate watching this guy's videos. He reminds me how freaking stupid I was as teenager. I took my first machining class in my senior year of high school, in 1973, last semester of the school year. And I was so stupid that despite loving the class, I was not smart enough to say to myself, "Bill, you should take another class!" If I had done that, I could have 48+ years of experience as a machinist! Oh, well. Better late than never. You all have a Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year!

I also have similar feelings, I have actually worked as a chef in a curry restaurant, so it would not have been out of place for me to take "home economics" at school.
However career path would not have been the primary motivator...........home economics, was where ALL the girls were!
