Looked about right to me. But then again, I have been noted to go to a steak house order their best cut and when the guy asks how I like it cooked I'll tell him to grind it and turn it into a hamburger steak medium well and make sure the onions are fully cooked That really tick them off. because hamburger steak is usually not on the menu, but he did ask, didn't he?
