Could you please explain what the colouring agents are (paints and pencils)

It looks like a vinyl plank floor. If you look for Mohawk refinishing & repair stuff you likely will be able to find stuff that will fix vinyl floors. Taking snapshots of the pencils they're just colored pencils which without a sealer would rub off.
