    Very handy. Only drawback is it use batteries. I have a 10X, 40X & 60X magnifying glasses that I use a lot. One of these would be a valuable addition to any toolbox.

    Yes the battery is a bit of an unknown at this point. It has lasted through several hours of use without needing a charge but I have not let it sit charged for days without being used. I have lithium batteries in other things that can sit for months without use and be fine but I have also used some that would not last a day or so without recharging even if not used. So far the battery seems as good as that in a standard smart phone though. Best!

    Hi Gang:
    When I worked at the Watch Factory we put these Bausch & Lomb microscopes on the lathes and mills:
    This worked great for seeing small work. I drilled holes down to #103 (0.006") and turned a 0.008" shaft on the lathe, 0.125" long. Seeing the tool work made a huge difference.
