Harbor Freight band saw 9 inch Mod Rip Fence and support frame.

Harbor Freight band saw 9 inch Mod Rip Fence and support frame.
I used 1 inch square tubing for all the parts and 1 inch flat bar on the fence for the clamp ends.
    Some welding and bolts required.

Captain I noticed that your blade comes out the front of your bandsaw, How do you extract the blade from between the fence and the table when it is time to replace it.
It looks very similar to mine and I havent figured out a unique solution yet.

Hello, cindersfella, Yes I have to take apart the guide rail for the fence to change the blade. I figured that would only be a few times a year so I made no further mods on it. but it only takes two screws to remove it. cheers.

    Hi Captian
Having given a bit of thought about your setup, You could get a piece of tubing that telescopes inside your material and Mark out were the blade should come out Cut it at that point and then weld the telescoping piece inside one end and the other peice would slip on the telescoping piece.
then attach the welded end to the bandsaw table with a bolt through the square pipe as how you fixed it to the table.
Ill draw a plan and send it to you.
    Cinders
Ps I hope you can understand my ramblings
