Harbor Freight mini mill brushless motor upgrade

I found this really great surplus 600W brushless DC motor designed for an e-scooter and replaced the motor on my Harbor freight mini mill with this very powerful motor. This motor has a great deal of power at low speed which is helpful, and also an excellent emergency stop that seizes the motor instantly. My video shows the whole process of installing the new motor and controls.
