Who doesn't love hard boiled eggs? boil up a dozen cut them in half devil the yolks with mayonnaise & mustard a pinch of oregano and finely chopped fresh Basil a tiny amount of garlic powder some black pepper maybe a little sea salt scoop back into the halves dust a little paprika chill and serve
take dozen hard boiled eggs slice and dice mix in same ingredients as above add a little sweet or dill pickle relish do like I do and mix in both add more mayonnaise or if you prefer Miracle whip spread on lightly toasted bread add thin slice of smoked peppered ham a slice of Swiss cheese perfect egg salad sandwich
toss up a salad your favorite salad veggies add diced ham, turkey & chicken slice several boiled eggs spread slices around on top of salad tear off some dill leaves and crumble over the top add crushed Basil garnish with paprika. Place large bowl of the salad in an larger bowl filled with crushed ice Hide the salad tongs until everyone is seated. Cary a couple hard boiled un-shelled eggs in your pocket carry a rifle bullet filled with salt & pepper mixed,when ready for a snack peal egg open bullet sprinkle S&P to taste
