Harold Hall's brilliant tapping stand

Hi there,
I am building Harold Hall's wonderful tapping stand. Because the plans in the book are quite tricky to follow and HH's own video is only a demonstration, I have decided to vlog my build as I do it.
Please tell me what you think. I would love advice and comments as I am of a very moderate skill level.
