    That's on the outside of the window? Weird. What is this for? I've only ever seen window tint applied to the inside of the vehicle. On the outside it would fall apart immediately. Even those windshield wipers would scrape it up badly.

    It's done on the outside for shaping and forming and then transferred to the inside.
