    I build a patented version of this for Hunter and Sons construction. They screw them in until they hit a certain torque that tells them when they are installed properly. We make extensions so that they can go as deep as needed to hit the correct numbers. This is an expensive process to have done, from what I understand it is around $10k per screw....

    Was all excited, also being Midwesterner, solving desired fenceline in un-diggable gravel laden soil, much of it ex railroad bed. Right to 10k per hole part anyway

    Don't know what's special about the US and K10, but we use them in Australia and I Installed by an promise you they're nowhere near that figure installed with a bobcat and a post hole auger attachment, my guess is around 3-5 hundred buck per pile. see the following link.
