Hi Lefty, I am trying to build a Hydraulic press. I could just use a bottle jack, but I am more inclined to go electric. Ebay is too expensive and there is not a lot of scrap plant in this area of Scotland. However patience and a bit more digging may turn up something. I have the steel work available. Just need to build a workshop to exploit my urge to build stuff.
I should have started years ago. I too have a thing for tools especially good old quality ones .... rare as teeth in hen's mouth !
