Hi, Maxim here. I am a 53 year old copywriter and teacher from Amsterdam NL. From a very young age I was exposed to the DIY-virus as my dad was always tinkering in his attic workshop. With my 5-plus bicycle collection and 1997 Jeep, DIY skills and of course tools, come in very handy. There is something very satisfying about using homemade tools. I find it comparable to home cooked food VS order in. The latter is easier, but nothing beats the former.
