Hello from the land of entrapment

After having checked out this site a few times and perusing, I have decided to join and see if I can make a few worth while contributions. I often find that there are tools that I need and simply dont have the time or money to acquire and end up making many of the things I need to fulfill various jobs and interests.

Making things is something that I have always enjoyed and has been a life long pursuit for me. I look forward to sharing tools, ideas, interests and conversation here with other like minded people.

I'm not exactly sure what's next for me to build at the moment. There are a few projects that I've had in mind for a while now. A few of the things I've been mulling over for a while are a lathe, CNC router, sharpening jig, lapping machine or possibly a mill of some sorts. These are some of the things that are on my wish list.

Then there are a few necessities I am going to need for transmission rebuilding that really need to be done sooner rather than later. A new transmission fixture is at the top of the list. A new clutch drum compressor, bearing press parts ect...

There are a great many things I have to get done and will happen in time. In the next few days though I will be posting up some of the tools I have built recently.
