    My name Is Dave,

I bought a Myford Super 7 a few years ago , to make a few things around the house, like a "cup stand".

and things progressed from there, nothing too major. then I applied for a job at a local engineering firm and

    Hi Jon,

I don't know about talent, I just love doing small projects on the lathe, especially when your friends come around with something broken and you make a new part, a great feeling of achievement, when you do a good job of it.

    Hi Dave,

    Welcome!

I think we all can identify with that feeling of achievement when a project, however small, has been successfully concluded. I know it keeps me coming back for more!

What are you working on at the moment?

    Hi Ken,

Just saw a lathe stop and thought I have a lathe which I use in work a "Colchester student 1800", with no stop, so I'm on holiday this week and no time to do it in working hours, so I'm having a go this week, should keep me busy...
