I have requested plans for a few of these, but have no idea how to get them. Are they sent to my mail or stored on the site?

We are opening a plans marketplace, where people who build tools can sell detailed plans for their tools. More details here: Submit your tool plans for sale on HomemadeTools.net .

So, the "Plans Requests" are available to the tool makers, to encourage them to publish plans for their tools, once they see evidence of the demand.
