Very similar to the Swagelok rig used to show Swagelok trainee's the differences between 1/4 and 3/8 stainless steel, of the same wall thickness, used in the basic bend and fitting test.

Didn't know Swagelok was rated to 30kpsi
That said, this setup doesn't look very complete.
