Home built****Welding/Plasma Cart**** With Pneumatic Swivel tires **** Duel shelf Model. Made from 1" square tubing, 2" flat bar, 1/4 steel plate, 3/8" flat bar handle,1 1/2" angle steel and wood tank holder, expanded steel, sheet metal, 5/8" steel rod axle.
All wheels are from harbor freight 20% 0ff of course*****Cap.
