Suspicious at first, but inclined lock plates are used on every pipe jack, many rated individually at 2200 pounds. Rear corner of compact FWD auto maybe 1000 or 1200, a reasonable margin. However, it deserves a base plate, that tubing is hardly a footprint.
Figure how to decrease lift per stroke, add a toe to get under loads, and this could take off for you.
