The wrench is clever use of simple parts [we affectionately such items 'junk drawer']. What really interests me is the fingertip actuated TIG torch!
I'm only used to the foot pedal variety, not so convenient 100% of the time. Is it also liquid cooled, by tank [vat] and radiator?

I [probably a lot of other readers too] would like to see the weld torch and it's operative set-up.
Watching the video, I googled fingertip TIG torches and found a variety but not quite like your's. Some looked clumsy; what you have seems like ideal ergonomics. Here [US] liquid cooled torches are common, they combine a sealed reservoir, circulation pump and a radiator. Different parts, but otherwise very much like cooling an auto engine.
