    Pretty cool. How much dimensional change does that introduce to the part?

    Yes I have the same question, what is the dimensional change?
    Will have allot to do with the material and also the tool pressure?
    It does give you a different looking finish.

    The dimentional change depends the carriage adjustment, material, shaft dimension... You certainly can not move the carriage too much because this tool is not a cutter. With my shaft the dimension minus 0.01 after I did.
