    Oh hell yes.
Let me tell you what a 250 room apartment contains in careless owners.
I'll run out of printer paper. This is light-years better than "Please don't. . . signs.

This woman needs to become a responsible pet owner!

I have a neighbor that owns 40 or 50 acres, mostly woods, and he hunts it. While setting up for hunting last year, he found 3 camo pop-up blinds and 4 or 5 trail cams - ON HIS PROPERTY. He had not given anyone permission to hunt there. There are no trespassing signs everywhere and it wasn't the first time. He collected them and put them in his front yard with "I dare you to claim these", "No Trespassing", and "Stay out of my woods!" signs. His house is on a well traveled local road. He also put two of his high def trail cameras in a tree nearby looking both directions. One evening late a car stopped and two guys ran up to grab the stuff. They found out that the blinds were staked down with long stakes so they would have a lot of trouble pulling them up and ripped two of them. When they tried to get the trail cams they found out that they were not only cable tied to the metal stakes, but epoxied and screwed to them and the stakes were driven about 5 feet into the ground! they got 1 camera and none of the blinds but the guy got their vehicle and license number. After showing the footage to county police, they found the two guys. He is pressing charges for trespassing - not at his hunting grounds but at his house. The stuff was 20 feet onto his property. Stupid, careless, mindless, arrogant idiots need to be exposed and made to follow the rules of courtesy as well as all applicable laws!

Trail cameras... hmm. That's got me a-thinkin'.
I've been after CCTV security style, but it's too soon for running that kind of wiring.

Lot surrounding my building isn't fenced yet. In the past, a few people parked on it, I let it slide.
That was until a large (6 story) vacant paper plant across the street was converted into apartments; couldn't get at my own property!
So, contracted with local towing company. They posted 'No Parking' signs that warn all cars would be towed at drivers expense. Law specifies 48 hour warning. That was late on a Wednesday. They started towing at 49th hour, real early Saturday morning.
Yeah. We timed it for the greatest impact!

Must be nice for them to be the only people in the world huh?

Came in to park yesterday after lunch and there was a contractor's truck parked across 3 of the closest parking spaces to the building. When he got done with his meeting (15 minutes) and left I told our project manager not to consider their bid and told him why. He agreed...
