What you're saying makes me wonder if the machine was factory purpose built, factory modified or customer modified.
I have only seen one Arter in a factory (that made electrical transformers) and it wasn't being used when I saw it.
I have seen so many machines that were modified from the original purpose/design, my mind goes that way at times.
