How to make a 6000rpm Bridgeport.

Very neat Tony and brave to cut up your machine. My electric draw bar was less riskier to make and I don't need to reach for the ring spanner.

Thanks but nothing brave. What could possibly go wrong?
It must be remembered that the aim was not to make it lower, but to make it spin at 6000 rpm and quietly. The reduced height came free.
