How To Make Tubular Lathe Chuck Keys

How to make New Lathe chuck keys. One for the 3 jaw and one for the 4 jaw. With the new tray on top of the headstock I needed longer chuck keys to clear the tray. It is easiest to tighten from the top up position. This is a 3 part series please enjoy.
