    The radiator repair man is blowing air from his mouth to test for air leak!!.. The radiator pressure cap is rated at about 16 psi. The human lung is capable of a breath pressure of about 2 psi. Radiator hand pump pressure tester is capable of producing 16 psi.

    well i reckon some are made that way....and some arnt. as far as the guy blowing the raidaitor checken for leeks, small leeks are fine, pepper will seal those

    Unsophisticated conditions and equipment, sure. Unsafe surroundings, not extreme or worse than they are ACCUSTOMED.
    But the owner sees profit despite so many workers, generating respectable volume.
    Also proves an economic truth; an economy is built on manufacturing; not services.
