AI for sure...

It certainly is. The vehicles are just randomly driving around and at least three of them mysteriously disappear. That happens on construction sites, but not like this.
Also, the dust and spoil movement looks a little unnatural, and the machine doesn't seem to have any ability to move into the tunnel.
Sadly, pointing out errors in AI-generated videos just makes them more realistic in the future as the model grows. Can't help but wonder why videos like this are even made.
