Huge wave capsizes boat as a U.S. Coast Guard swimmer rescues man. The USCG swimmer managed to locate the man in the surf and pulled him to safety.

Apparently, he stole that boat to cap off a day of illegal and/or odd activities. I believe the Coast Guard was there to apprehend him when he navigated into the drink.
