Hydraulic Forging Press - 30 Tons - Blacksmithing / Knifemaking

Well yall I made this guy wayyyy back in 2006 and it's been sitting out in the weather since then... I basically re-made this press since I took it fully apart, replaced most of the components, and re-designed certain portions of the press.

There is a full set of plans both PDF and 3D CAD in the description of this YouTube video for free. There is also an excel calculator for estimating the cylinder tonnage.
