I am interested in homemade aluminium hand saw instruction plans

I am retired pensioner ex lift technician for 30 years and not familiar with your procedure this is the first time I am writing to you I don’t know what all those icons are for.
All I am interested in some do it your self plans for a Bandsaw what can cut 2mm aluminium, I need to know the size and profile of the wheels I do have a lot of spare stuff around to manufacture including an Ac 240v 1/3 Hp motor. Could you help me? and what is the cost?
