I need help with my Smithy 1220

Greetings.

I am looking for help from someone in the Chicago Area. I own a Smithy 1220 lathe/mill combo machine. It is about 15 yrs old and has been out of service for nearly a decade. the lathe needs some serious help and I don't posses the necessary skills to fix the problems. I am looking for someone who can come out to my workshop and see if they can bring the lathe back to operation. Of course I will gladly pay for the work, buy whatever parts may be needed.

the issues I can identify concern the operation of the lead screw and the drive mechanism. I know for sure that the half nut needs to be replaced and I have the parts, but the screw and the mechanism that drives is are not functioning properly and for sure the entire thing is out of alignment. The motor works fine.
