Now, that's funny. I thought I was the only one to use a jug like that for emergency fueling. I've had to buy cheap distilled water on more occasions than I care to admit just so that I could use the jug to purchase gas (much, much cheaper than buying a fuel container).

In this picture, though, that is the most clear looking fuel I have ever seen. Straight alcohol?

Looks like a generator, maybe he's adding water to the cooling system?
Nonetheless it is a better way than I have been doing it. Cutting off the bottom to make a funnel that doesn't exactly face up.
    Window in the side, winner!

It’s dangerous to store gasoline or diesel fuel in containers that are not designed to carry fuel. In most developed countries it would be illegal to store fuel in a water jug. Using a bottle or jug cut this way is common practice where I live. Particularly useful on flat deck utes where the fuel filling entry is under the tray.

That looks like the hookup panel on an RV. I think he's actually putting water in the potable water tank.

Ha! you are right, what I thought was the front corner of the generator box is a reflection of the water jug.
