    The Japanese litter. there are very few trashcans in the country as disposal is kid of expensive. I Okinawa there is a huge amount of plastic floating in the water around the shore.

    Why even bother with trash bins on the train? With such an attitude, simply throw it out the train window.

    Quite common in Africa too. Only education and robust anti-litter laws will help solve this.
