What they are not explaining well is to allow the bolt head to cool before trying to turn it this allows the heat to radiate through the length of the bolt and some of the strength to return. If trying to remove the bolt while the head is still red hot it will twist off almost every time.

I bought one of those too and it's also AWESOME. I got the XLaserLabs one. The induction heater is a much better deal though. It's about $300 CAD on that jungle website, and it comes with all kinds of different coils, plus some random lengths of wire so you can make your own coils to fit weird shapes of metal. The laser can clean rust, cut metal and weld. As a cleaner it's AWESOME. As a cutter it's meh. Pretty much like a plasma but way more dangerous and not nearly as good. It's like a plasma that doesn't cut anywhere near as good as a plasma but will also shoot holes in your feet if you're not paying attention to EXACTLY where that beam is going. As a welder? I'm not sure. I think it's really good at some things and really terrible at other things. If you have clean flat edges it's phenomenal. Anything else and you should probably grab the tig welder.

Edit: Just a bit more detail on the laser. So online you see these videos of lasers absolutely obliterating rust. That's a $$$$$ unit. The XLaserLabs and the XTool ones are roughly the same price. I got the XLaserLabs one, and it's good and all, but I have a bit of buyer's remorse. All said and done, once I bought everything I needed and once I paid for shipping and customs it was about $6000 CAD. Not a bad price at all. But the XTools laser can be mounted to a CNC table. That's a huge selling feature. I only figured that out after I had already bought the other one. Oh well, it's fine. So back to the rust. Can I obliterate rust? Yes, yes it can. But it only does it with around a 1/2" strip at a time. That's fine, and it's incredibly impressive, but it is not like the videos you see online where someone is taking a 3" wide strip of rust off of something. It still has amazing utility, but just keep that in mind.
