Injection molding power plugs - GIF

This is low pressure injection molding using a relatively low temperature overmolding material. The plug they are molding is the AC plug primarily used in China, however, the process is the same for basically any style of these plugs.
We have some custom cable assemblies made that are more complicated with a mix of signal wires and DC power cables. There is a 1st molding that covers the wire connections and holds everything together, then there is a second overmolding that seals everything up and makes it outdoor rated.
