    What on Earth is this? I've never seen anything like it. Usually a floor is a coreslab or q-deck. What's the benefit to this type of construction?

    it appears to be a modified form of the 2way floor& ceiling waffle structure We did a lot of them in the Middle East but had a much better beam to floor ratio grid than this one will have
