I suggest you run a small, bare copper wire through at least the main run to the metal housing of the blower, then to a ground rod outside in order to reduce the risk of fire or explosion. Air and dust moving through PVC pipe can create enough static charge to make a pretty hefty spark. The solid wire used for doorbells and thermostats works well and is fairly easy to remove the insulation from. Commercial systems use steel piping but that isn't always the best thing for a home shop.
A little late for this, but dry-fitting large plastic pipe goes a little easier if the pipe ends and fittings are first wiped with wire pulling lubricant. It is a gelled alcohol that is fairly slippery and will evaporate after a few hours.
That said, you have a lot of good ideas in that setup. Nice work!
