Hopefully not here (West Australia) - but if it is, it will be hilarious to watch the greenies blame it on global warming. - All jokes aside, if it did snow where I live, or where I work there would be massive issues since nothing is built to handle it, roof loadings, gutters, etc would all suffer. I've worked in freezers (-18 deg Celcius), so I know what cold is, and I honestly have no desire to see snow in real life other than as a tourist - certainly couldn't live in it.
I would not work on scaffolding like that!
That's a very common scaffold pattern here. Various trades have designs to ease their tasks, but agreed, one 12" walk board ain't enough to get me aloft either.
