Hello,
I'm a self taught DIY tinkerer. I work as a maintenance person at a farm where we rescue animals. As a result I get to dabble in all sorts of different tasks which often require some good old fashioned creativity. This forum piqued my interest because I've many times toyed with the idea of making knives or hand tools. I could see myself doing it in the future. Nice to meet you all. :)

Farmers are always making homemade tools :) Did you have any specific hand tools in mind to build first?
Well thank you! I particularly like working with mild steel, so some bending jigs and things of that nature. I also have some bigger ideas of building implements for farms but one step at a time. :)
