    I came across this site by searching DIY hydraulic press.
    I want to build one in the near future and have found valuable info here.

    I have always used the co press. Now, retired from there, but still don't have much free time, I find I need one.
    Presently I have a blentec blender in pieces. The bearings (one) were squealing so, not having a press, I oiled them up, took the #s and will put the blender back in service. I will look for some replacements for those cheap chinese bearings.
    My friend wants to make rings out of half dollars, so there is a method where you press the coin into shape.
    That will be interesting.
