Wow! they look like shrapnel from a frag grenade! No wonder they are so painful!
Same here; it was broken up by ultrasonics, no incisions at all. A couple years earlier, I passed one, unquestionably the worst.

The one I had felt like a morning star head shot from a cannon right through my UT! Gave new meaning to the "discomfort" my doctor told ne to expect!
