    Interesting, surprised by that rpm, a serious rate of feet per minute, though hardly seems enough water to flush the cut. I notice an impact wrench advances the feed.

    I am not seeing an impact wrench. It seems it is using a pipe in the 4 spoke thing at the top to advance the cutter?

    You 3 are correct. at 0'.08" there is sound of impact or rotohammer; same time as the cheater bar goes onto the 4 spoke feed wheel.
    By shutting browser and toolbar menus, then able to see whole thing. The bit is advanced very slightly, maybe 2 degrees of the feed wheel.

    That "sound" that you're hearing is the worker tapping on the vessel being cut.
