My name is Chuck, but I use Sundance because of the name I chose for my little handmade knife business: Sundance Studio Knives and Leatherwork. I have been retired from a civil service job for about ten years now. I spent my younger years preparing for retirement. I bought tools and equipment as I could. I built a small forge and other tools that I might need. I also collected any information i could find that related to knives, leatherwork, and shop practice. I never wanted this to be a job, so I never did any actual advertising. I have only used word of mouth. I recently came into possession of a metal lathe. While not directly related to knife making, I am learning to put it to use. I also dabble with cars, motorcycles, dune buggies and like to go camping. Looking forward to watching everyone's projects and constantly looking for ways to contribute myself.
