Unsure who uses black carbon paper, I'd guess instances where a typewriter is still favored means of input. Lots of receipts and government forms using 'carbon-less' duplication for notes and signatures; cleaner too, it doesn't transfer unintentionally like carbon.

I can remember when all our forms came with carbon paper between the leaves. Once our Batallón S2 received a fresh out of school shaved tail butter bar 2nd Lt. to take over the S2 operations. This kid was about as paranoid as a 3 tailed Tom cat in a rocking chair convention. After he had completed any forms which had carbon paper in them, he would remove the carbons crumple them and burn them in an ash tray, the Bn CO. caught him one day and decided he had, had enough of the kid's paranoia. I heard that the told the LT. LT. if you burn 1 more carbon in my HQ I'm going to order you to put the ashes in a glass of water and drink them. if you are that worried about carbons in not secret forms just fold them up and run them through a hole punch.
Never try to tell me it can't be done
When I have to paint I use KBS products
