I was always told "How it comes out is not our problem!" On some of the loads I packed, the last load had to be put in at an angle to get it started then used a piece of cardboard on the door frame side to help it slide in. As it entered the door it popped past the edge. I heard they had to cut open and hand unload the first pallet to get it out, then use a forklift for the rest of the load.
