I am having a difficult time imagining how you could hold that combination steady enough to take a good photo. The front lens element is so tiny it cannot admit much light. The shutter speed would have to be pretty slow. Or you need the subject illuminated REALLY WELL.

I would have to mount that thing on a tripod and even then the photo would probably be blurred
