magnetic cutting guide

Years ago I had a curv-o-mark magnetic burning guide very handy when cutting long strips with a torch or plasma. but over the years it disappeared
So today I decided that I wanted one again not willing to spend $70 or $80 for a new one when I already have a 5 ft long piece of stainless that I use for a straight edge when cutting things really long but I wanted one that would be more portable and less hassle to use.
I have several other pieces of the same size stainless as my long guide bar but there was this 1 piece that was bent badly so I cut off a 24" straight section then drilled 2 3/16" holes in it and mounted a pair of 2 " diameter magnets
