Sorry, I don't think about folks using their phones for internet access. My Sonin 8800 android OS is a great rugged phone. its internet access is good as well but I never use it for that. I have it paired with my PC and 1 of my TVs ,and can access or send and receive any files from my computer so I have no need to use it for internet

I’m thinking about using this technique to make adjustable downcomers in my reflux still. That way I can raise the liquid level in the reflux chambers which will lower the output Alcohol By Volume but increase the flavour carryover. At the moment I have to take apart all the glass chimneys and add a short piece of copper pipe, but with a magnet drive system, I should be able to adjust them without opening the column.

Frank, that’s a link to a photo of my beast.
Three years design and build. She has two more of the “porthole” chambers and a 1m reflux extension, but with the glass chambers added in, there’s no room for them under this roof.
