Magnetic strip polycarbonate swarf screens

Keeping mill swarf and cutting fluid off the floor and retained in a manageable area is always a problem. I use polycarbonate sheeting sides, cut to size and inserted into purpose build magnetic strips which adhere to the sides of the mill.

They're inexpensive, easy to place and remove, waterproof, unbreakable and easy to clean and store. Being optically clear they also allow you to view the workpiece and milling process in real time and don't cause shadows or otherwise interfere with adequate lighting.

What more can you ask for.
