I might have missed something. Why did you cut two pieces of the bar stock instead of one? I assumed that it was so that you could weld one to each of the L-channel segments, but it looks like you didn't do that.

It's a brilliant jig. I'm definitely going to make one for myself.

Your video quality is really good, too.
